Philodendron 'Lemon Lime' is extremely easy to grow-no green thumb required! Tolerant of low-medium light, but prefers to receive bright indirect light. Philodendron domesticum has chartreuse foliage. Its leaves offer an electric pinkish yellow coloring, developing to a deep lemon and finally to lime green as they age. Tolerant of a wide range of light conditions, this plant is a prolific grower, producing long cascading vines that can easily reach the floor.

About Sweetheart Vine

You could say that this plant started the indoor plant trend! It was brought to the  Kew Gardens in London from the Caribbean as a specimen by Captain William Bligh in 1793. In the early 1900's, the Philodendron was sold at Woolworth's for the first time for 5 cents, each launching it as a new accessory piece in the home.
