A tropical plant that doesn’t mind living inside, this is one of the most adaptable and easy to care for plants available. Known as the White Stripe Dragon Tree (Dracaena warneckii), it grows best in medium light, out of direct sun, but can handle low-light, making it a perfect choice for greening up your desk and office. We love it because it’s so good at purifying air, but also love how dramatic and beautiful its shiny dark and white stripes are.

Plant Bio

Dracaena warneckii are as easy to care for as they come. Its dramatic form makes for an interesting floor or desk plant in your Green Space. Although tropical by nature, it adapts beautifully to home and indoor conditions with little care.

Young White Bird specimens are full of upright leaves and develop canes as they grow. Its dark-green leaves are naturally shiny and highlighted with striking white stripes.

Grown in the USA. Native to Mozambique, Madagascar, Mauritius, and other nearby islands of the Indian Ocean.

Fun Facts

NASA recommends the dracaena warneckii one of the top ten plants for removing formaldehyde from the air.

Great plant but was tilted to one side.

They do a great job of picking and packing. Nice strong and lovely plant but seemed to be growing to one side. I suspect as I turn it towards the sun it will straighten up.
