Spritz regularly and keep on top of a pebble tray filled with water.

The lil' bit dwarf lemon cypress (Cupressus macrocarpa) is an excellent choice for an indoor plant. This small conifer usually grows to 3 feet, making it ideal for indoor gardening. With the recognition of its green-yellow needle-like foliage, the tree has many adorers. It's conical growth patterns, and fresh citrus smell keep it at the top of our must-have list.

I’ve never had a live Christmas tree in my life. We always had artificial trees growing up and as an adult, I’ve only ever bought artificial trees too and use them from year to year. I’m so scared of the tree catching on fire! But thanks to Lively Root, I now have this adorable lemon cypress Christmas tree. And they also have a rosemary one that I’ve purchased for the kitchen. I feel so much more comfortable with this small one, and I can keep it year-round with the other plant babies. I’m in love.
I also must say that the packing was superb. I've ordered many a live plant online and this has been, by far, the best experiencing I've had in terms of plant packaging. It's done so well and my tree arrived in perfect condition.
