They arrived about two days ago and then I had to wait for the soil to arrive. I am getting reach to re plant them today.
They arrived in good shape.

Came as expected. The soil was wetter than I had hoped for succulents so they’re drying out in the sun and humidity controlled room. But they’re beautiful and arrived on time.

I got a gift certificate for lively root and couldn’t resist the 16 succulents. I was surprised, except for one of the plants, they arrived in very good shape. The one that took a bit of a beating, is in pretty good shape, I’ll just replant the parts that fell off and end up with more plants. They were packed very well, and are all healthy. As you can see in the picture, they are all healthy, I’m acclimating them, they will be in several terrariums soon.
After a few starts & stops by the shippers the succulents finally left CA on their long journey to DE. They arrived in good condition & I’ve already repotted them in their new happy homes.
I ordered the 16 pack of 2" succulents to build a succulent garden for my house. I was skeptical because I have never purchased live plants online. But I bit the bullet and went for it! When I received the package it was a little bit banged up. Obviously a shipping mishap. I live in Washington and they were coming all the way from California, so I cannot expect perfection. When I got into the box, each succulent was individually secured with cardboard and packing peanuts. Upon unpacking, I found 3 of the plants to be in pretty bad shape. I debated on contacting LivelyRoot about the issue and when I finally did, I received a response from Debbie, one of the employees, almost instantly. I was surprised at how quickly she resolved the issue for me. Within 3 hours of my email she agreed to send me 4 replacement and by the end of the day I received new shipping information. She was so nice and so helpful, a truly dedicated employee. I am THRILLED with LivelyRoot, I would highly recommend the company and will absolutely be back!
Package came on time when it said. But 5 of the plants were completely damaged and didn’t survive. The company is great but the shipping could of been better.
The first batch I ordered came a little bit broken up from shipping. But about half of them seem to have survived. After letting Lively Root know, they shipped me an additional batch that were all in good health and well established. So I’m happy now. :).
