Arrived wonderfully packaged! One of the spiders had a few leaves get squashed in packaging that caused them to turn to complete brown mush and one of the snake plants did have a leaf casualty, as well, but after a week in their new home, one of the spider plants has already sent out TWO shoots, so babies will be coming soon which is very exciting.
Overall, a good experience. They seem to be well cared for plants that are acclimating very well.

I was super impressed by how my plants arrived with loving care - kudos to the packing and shipping team ! Everything was sturdy and secure within the box and the plants came home healthy and happy looking. They remain so. Sorry for the lack of pics
Honestly I was hesitant to make the purchase because I thought they were costly. I am so GLAD 😀👌 I did. The plants are healthy, beautiful and arrives blemish and damage free. I will purchase more and recommend to friends & family. One 😊 customer.
Snakes were happy but spiders were little bit unhappy and to be in the box. A couple weeks later, they look getting better and healthier at my place. Thank you.
I’ve ordered plants online from a few other places, and am really impressed with the packaging and quality of the ones I received from Lively Root. They were even delayed by UPS for three days (!) and I was convinced they would be dead on arrival but they were happy and healthy. The spiders were a little more beat up than the snakes but they seem like they’ll be fine.
My snakes were amazing but my spiders were severely damaged. The team did allow me to switch out and try two other plants that would ship to Texas better and those turned out great. I have clipped the ends and tried to restore them but they are really struggling.
