Lively Root guarantees all of our plants and eco-friendly products will arrive in a condition that will make your green space proud. We guarantee all of our plants for 30 days from the purchase date to be healthy and arrive in good condition.
If you receive a damaged or defective item due to shipping hazards, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will either replace at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial refund. We ask that you send us a photo of both the plant and box it came in before issuing you a replacement or refund.
If the damage has occurred after receiving the plant, our service team is here to help! Please send us your questions at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the plant and details of your problems. Please be aware that repotting the plant into a new container or other forms of neglect will void the 30-day guarantee.
If your order does not arrive within 5 days from the date of your scheduled delivery, please contact us right away at email@example.com. We will either replace at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a refund. However, if the lost product is due to an incorrect shipping address or missing information entered at checkout, no replacement or refund will be provided.
