Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in your Garden Club account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the Garden Club account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.

How Do I Check My Garden Club Rewards Balance?
To view your current rewards balance, simply select the “Garden Club" Link at the top of our homepage, scroll to “Join Join Now” and enter the email and password associated with your account. Your rewards balance will populate under the “Earn Rewards” heading of this page and can also be viewed on the right-hand of the checkout page.
How Long Do I Have to Spend My Birthday or Anniversary Bonus?
You will receive a $5 bonus on your anniversary and a $10 bonus on your birthday. You have 30 days from the date to use your bonus points towards a qualifying purchase.
Can I Redeem Multiple Rewards at a Time?
You can only redeem one cash reward bonus at a time. However, If you have a free product bonus, you may redeem that with a $5, $10, $15, or $20 bonus.
How Do I Redeem My Points?
Once you've picked out the perfect plants, you'll have a dropdown option in your cart where you can apply your rewards points. If you do not see that option, make sure to double-check that you are logged into your garden club account.
