Shop Plant Subscriptions

Lively root Plant Subscriptions offer one special plant delivered every quarter (3-months). 

Every 3-months, subscribers receive one new plant with care instructions (4" or 6" sizes are available). 

The plants included in our subscription program are a mix of those available on livelyroot.com and specialty plants just for subscribers. We will provide variety and not repeat the same plant within a 2-year period. 

After the first purchase, subscribers are charged on the same day every 3-months and receive their subscription within 3-7 business days after being charged.

Any first time purchases will get their plant according to our normal shipping times.

*Subscriptions are a 3 plant delivery commitment. After your first 3 plant deliveries, you can skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time in your account. Subscription boxes can only be delivered within the contiguous 48 states. Promotions and discounts do not apply to subscription purchases.

Heck no!  Your plant will be a super, duper fun surprise each month.  We wouldn't ruin that for you!

We are sorry, no, we are not equipped to swap plants in your subscription - but we promise each delivery to be special and unique. Plus, part of plant subscription fun is the surprise! 

Yes, you can change your subscription terms at any time.  We encourage you to set up an account to make this easy.

Cancel any time before orders process on your specified charge date of every quarter after 3 shipments.  We will send you a subscription reminder email periodically so you don't get surprised. 

For your first subscription plant box, you will be charged on the day of purchase. Recurring payments will occur on the same day every quarter (3-months).

If you get a gift subscription, you will be charged once for 4 plant deliveries.

We do the work for you – curating new easy-care plants for you to experience on a monthly basis and delivering them, along with care instructions and tons of love, directly to your door in our eco-friendlypackaging.

Our plants are sourced from local growers to ensure the highest quality and to support family-owned businesses. We guarantee plants arrive in happy, healthy condition, or we replace them for free.

Not sure how to care for your new plant? Each delivery includes specific care instructions for each plant and our team of knowledgeable plant parents is just a message away.  

We do not offer decorative pots with our subscription plants at this time.  You can however, order the perfect sized pot separately.  If you ordered a small plant, and pot on our size with the size "small" will fit.  If you order a medium-size plant subscription, any vessel on our site labeled "medium" will fit.

When you purchase a regular subscription, you pay quarterly before your delivery goes out.  This will amount to four charges over one year.

If you get a gift subscription, you pay up front for 4 deliveries. You are charged once for four deliveries throughout the year.
