Rinse your seeds and place them in a jar with two or three times the volume of seeds in 60-70°F water out of direct sunlight. After eight hours, check them, then rinse and repeat this soaking cycle two more times.
Once you see tiny roots protruding from the seed, you can plant them in a sterile growing mix with one part peat and three parts soil.
Sprinkle the seeds on top of the growing mix and cover with 1 inch of soil. Keep a humidity cover over it and place it in the dark.
Water the tray once a day.
On the third day, remove the tray cover and place them in a sunny window to turn the grass blades green.
When the blades reach 5-7 inches tall, you can cut down to 1 inch of the soil surface. (8-9th day).
Repeat this for a continuous supply of wheatgrass juice.
