Our gifted subscriptions are crafted to be long-lasting gifts that keep on giving! You pay upfront for four quarterly shipments, and the first installment ships to arrive when you order. Future shipments arrive every 3 months. Best of all, every plant delivery ships for free!

Heck no! The plant will be a super, duper fun surprise each delivery. We wouldn't ruin that for them!

Yes, of course! All stand-alone plants and subscriptions are covered under our 100% Happiness Guarantee. If there are any issues with the subscription, don’t hesitate to reach out to us so we can help!

When you purchase a regular subscription, you pay every period before your delivery goes out. If you get a gift subscription, you pay up front for 4 deliveries. You are charged once for four deliveries throughout the year.

You can pause or skip an upcoming shipment at any time. Subscriptions can only be canceled after two successful shipments. We encourage you to set up an account to make changing your subscription terms easy!

Making changes to your subscription is easy! Log into your Account Page and navigate to your subscription tab, you can then choose to cancel, skip, pause or gift your subscription. Note: Subscriptions can only be canceled after two successful shipments.
