One entry per person via the form. If you make multiple purchases during the giveaway period, each transaction counts as an additional entry.

The Prizes

The grand prize winner receives $1,000 in digital gift cards split across Lively Root, Our Place, Slingshot Coffee, Lola Blanket, and Cocokind.
