2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to:

Legal residents of the United States

Who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Lively Root and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on:

March 10 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time

and ends on:

March 16 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by:

Entry Method 1 – Email Entry

Submit a valid email address via the official giveaway landing page.

Each email submission counts as one (1) entry.

Entry Method 2 – Purchase Entry

Eligible purchases made on LivelyRoot.com during the Sweepstakes Period may earn additional entries, as described on the promotion page.

5. Prize Details

The following prizes will be awarded:

Grand Prize

Lively Root Gift Card – $1,000

Partner Brand Gift Card(s) – approximately $500

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500

Second Prize

Lively Root Gift Card – $500

Third Prize

Lively Root Gift Card – $250

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within approximately 7 days after the Sweepstakes ends.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified via the email address used to enter.

Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification.

Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

By participating, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lively Root and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.

Lost or delayed entries

Unauthorized human intervention
