You are charged for all four shipments upfront. If you would like to renew your gift at the end of these four shipments, just order a new gifted subscription, or consider one of our quarterly monthly subscriptions so you never have to renew!

Our plants are sourced from local growers to ensure the highest quality and to support family-owned businesses. We guarantee plants arrive in happy, healthy condition, or we replace them for free.
Each delivery includes specific care instructions for each plant and our team of knowledgeable plant parents is just a message away.
We do not offer decorative pots with our subscription plants at this time. With that being said, you can always buy or send pots separately! If you ordered a small plant, any pot with the size "small" will fit. If you order a medium-size plant subscription, any vessel on our site labeled "medium" will fit.
When you purchase a regular subscription, you pay quarterly before your delivery goes out. This will amount to four charges over one year.
If you get a gift subscription, you pay up front for 4 deliveries. You are charged once for four deliveries throughout the year.
No, since the subscription is purchased upfront you cannot swap your subscription plan or the items included. If you have any issues with your subscription items, please contact our support.
Our surprise quarterly subscriptions ensure you will not receive the same plant. If a mistake has been made we will gladly replace the plant for you. You can contact our customer service team.
