Is any plant available to personalize?

Unfortunately, at this time, only a select few plants are available to personalize. We are working on making this available to more and hope to one day offer personalization on all of our plants.

How will personalization affect my delivery time?

Please allow for an additional 2 days of order processing time on any personalized order. We are working hard to improve this time and will get it out sooner if we can!

If I don't like the way it turns out, can I get a refund?

All personalized pots sales are final and can't be returned.

If you are not happy with your pot, please reach out to us and we'll ensure you are satisfied.

Our visualizer has been fined tuned to provide you with the most accurate mock up of your pot prior to engraving it.
