Personalized orders require a little extra time to craft. Please allow an additional 1–2 days on top of our standard fulfillment time for your laser engraving to be completed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

- Upload your own image — for something completely unique, upload a photo or artwork and we'll engrave it for you
- Mix and match — combine custom text with a graphic or your uploaded image for a fully personalised design
Since laser engraving works without ink, your image will be rendered in a single tone directly onto the surface of your pot — so the type of file you upload makes a big difference to the final result. Here are a few tips for the best outcome:
- File formats: PNG with a transparent background works best.
- Go for simple illustrations over photos: Clean, clear graphics with defined lines engrave beautifully. Photographs can work, but they'll be converted to black and white without gradients, and finer details may be simplified
- One colour artworks will produce better results than images with gradients or complex shading
- Quality matters: For the sharpest result, use a print-ready or vector quality file where possible, and make sure your image is clear and not pixelated
